Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled support assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer relationship.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer cases from start to finish
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Mandatory Skills:
- Familiarity with ERPNext or similar systems
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) - ability to use it and create prompts and understand the output
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Very good and confident English skills, both written and spoken
- Flexible and able to work independently

Nice to Have:
- Experience in marketing and/or social media
- Knowledge of German language
