We're seeking an engineer who can thrive at the intersection of technology and business, collaborating directly with clients to address complex challenges through innovative technical solutions.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Client Collaboration: Engage with partners across various industries to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
• Solution Architecture: Design and implement technical solutions that meet the unique needs of each partner.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Tik Tok's products and technologies, providing guidance and support to partners throughout the integration and implementation process.

• Technical Background: Strong foundation in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript and experience in API development and cloud-based infrastructures.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business challenges and devise effective technical solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams.
• Experience: Prior experience in roles such as Support Engineer, Service Engineer, or similar positions, with a proven track record of managing technical integrations and fostering strong client relationships.
