Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our data operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data processing and people management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of data specialists in different time zones, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize data processing.
  • Foster a culture of proactivity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align data operations accordingly.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Manager, preferably with both data entry specialist and non-data entry specialist teams.
  • Proven track record of working with multiple stakeholders and conducting coaching, mentoring, and training sessions remotely.
  • Ability to lead and organize a team for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in implementing changes and testing results.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.
