We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Budget Control Manager to join our dynamic finance team in the Americas region, based in Asunción, Paraguay.

Job Overview
The Budget Control Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the financial health of Ceragon Networks' operations across the Americas region. This position is responsible for managing the regional budget, ensuring accurate cost allocation, supporting cross-functional teams, and providing detailed financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making. The role requires close collaboration with the Accounting team, senior leadership, and other departments to maintain fiscal discipline and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Budget Control and Management: Oversee and maintain the regional budget for the Americas, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial strategies.
• ERP System Management: Load and manage budgets in the Oracle ERP system in accordance with demand forecasts and business requirements.
• Cost Allocation Support: Collaborate with all departments to define and implement accurate accounting combinations for proper allocation of expenses and costs.
• Restructuring Plan Oversight: Monitor and control the execution of regional restructuring plans, ensuring compliance with financial targets and timelines.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting:
• Conduct bridge analysis of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for Forecast Reviews and CEO Reviews, providing detailed explanations of variances.
• Prepare and present actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaboration with Accounting: Work closely with the Accounting team to review and validate adjustments or reallocations as needed to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Cross-Functional Support: Partner with various departments to provide financial guidance and ensure alignment between operational activities and budgetary goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance budgeting processes, improve financial controls, and streamline reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or controlling roles, preferably in a multinational or regional capacity.
• Proven experience with Oracle ERP or similar financial systems.
• Background in financial analysis, cost allocation, and P&L management.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS standards is preferred.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly desirable.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Asunción, Paraguay.
