Quality and Projects Coordinator

Mission

The role's mission is to lead Quality and related projects, working cross-functionally with all departments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of production and support processes.
• Manage and monitor non-conformities, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead CSR projects connected to the community (schools, neighborhood committees).
• Coordinate actions in waste reuse and sustainability programs.
• Prepare and present management reports and KPIs (Power BI is a strong plus).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ICS and client-specific quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Environment and Industrial Safety departments.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Quality Management within the industrial or maquila sector.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong command of Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with quality and environmental certifications.
• Advanced English is mandatory.
• Strong soft skills, including leadership, organization, emotional intelligence, results orientation, and social awareness.
