This is a full-time, remote position. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our financial operations, from daily Accounts Payable and vendor relations to monthly bank reconciliations.

  • You will oversee Asset Management for equipment and vehicles while spearheading Year-End Closing tasks, including D&A, loan interest separation, and owner's draw adjustments.
  • This role is vital for preparing accurate Balance Sheets and P&L statements to ensure seamless collaboration with our tax preparers during tax season.
