Descripción del puesto:
Como Líder de Ingeniería IA y Automatización en el Grupo Vierci, serás responsable de liderar proyectos de automatización y aseguramiento de calidad, así como de desarrollar e implementar soluciones de software innovadoras. Las tareas diarias incluirán la supervisión del equipo de desarrollo, la implementación de procesos de automatización y la mejora continua de los sistemas existentes. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo y se realizará de manera presencial en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Asunción.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia en liderazgo de equipo y en garantizar la calidad de los procesos.
- Egresado de la carrera de Ing. Informática, Ciencia de Datos, Análisis de Sistemas, Administración o carreras afines.
- Experiencia comprobada en la entrega end-to-end de proyectos de IA y coordinación con áreas de negocio.
- Conocimiento y habilidades en automatización y desarrollo de software.
- Conocimiento en IA generativa (GPT), frameworks de automatización (RPA, n8n), herramientas de modelado y análisis de procesos, metodología ágil, arquitectura de soluciones, y herramientas de visualización de datos.
- Implementación de soluciones funcionales de IA, RPA y flujos automatizados para resolver necesidades concretas de negocio.
- Experiencia en automatización de procesos para optimizar la eficiencia operativa.
- Habilidades adicionales como una buena comunicación, la capacidad de trabajar bajo presión y un enfoque orientado a la solución de problemas serán muy valoradas.
