Company Description

A multi-national relocation agency is looking to expand its team in Paraguay.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative located in Asunción, Paraguay. The Customer Care Representative will handle daily tasks such as providing exceptional customer service, offering support to resolve inquiries or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of professional communication. This role involves working directly with customers to address their needs and build positive relationships with the organization. Direct communication with the sales team will be a big part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address and resolve customer needs effectively
  • Proven ability to ensure and prioritize Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for building rapport with clients and handling diverse interactions
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred

Start Date: Immediately

Compensation: PYG /Month
