Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST (U.S. Eastern Time) + 1-hour lunch

Latino Legends is seeking a highly organized and detail-obsessed Production Graphic Designer to support our client's fast-paced creative team. This role is heavily focused on the mass production of digital assets—resizing, adapting, and ensuring every piece is perfectly brand-compliant. About the ClientOur client is a U.S.-based marketing agency that supports leading automotive and consumer brands with data-driven, performance-focused campaigns. Their production team plays a critical role in delivering high-volume, high-quality creative assets across digital and print channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduce, resize, and adapt high volumes of digital assets while maintaining strict brand compliance.
Create digital ads in multiple sizes, formats, and variations with accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with marketing teams to gather assets and execute cohesive production design needs.
Develop email templates, digital banners, and print-ready materials based on established brand guidelines.
Translate creative briefs into clean, effective layouts and production-ready deliverables.
Maintain and update ad templates, incorporating performance insights and new technologies.
Ensure all digital and print files meet platform and press production requirements.
Manage co-op and compliance documentation for partner campaigns.
Support the administrative and process-driven side of marketing and creative operations.
2–4 years of experience in graphic or production design, ideally within a marketing or agency environment.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience with Creatopy or The Brief is a significant plus.
Deep understanding of creative hierarchy, layout, spacing, and visual organization.
Strong grasp of digital and print production standards.
Experience producing online display ads across multiple dimensions is highly valuable.
Exceptional attention to detail and love for structured, process-driven work.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
