Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company's overall technology strategy and execution. The CTO will play a pivotal role in shaping the group's digital transformation roadmap, ensuring that technology becomes a strategic enabler across all business units. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling robust systems and teams to support the group's rapid expansion. The position oversees all information systems, cybersecurity, ERP (SAP-based) operations, and the integration of new technologies across terminals, logistics, and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the company's IT department, including infrastructure, ERP, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Design and implement technology policies that support the company's long-term business strategy.
  • Ensure seamless technology integration across terminals, logistics networks, and retail operations.
  • Manage and evaluate external IT vendors and service providers.
  • Drive automation, data analytics, and business-intelligence initiatives.
  • Guarantee data security, business continuity, and system scalability.
  • Advise the executive board on technology trends and digital transformation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in IT or digital transformation roles.
  • Proven experience with SAP, ERP architecture, and enterprise systems.
  • Strong background in project management, IT strategy, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to innovate and stay current with emerging technology trends.
  • Experience in industrial, logistics, or energy sectors is a strong plus.
