Livestream Producer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Asunción, Paraguay. The Livestream Producer will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of live broadcasts to ensure high-quality streaming experiences. Daily responsibilities include managing technical setups, operating streaming equipment, coordinating with on-screen and off-screen participants, and troubleshooting live production issues in real time. The role also involves ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and audience engagement objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in live streaming platforms and software, including hardware setup, video encoding, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for planning and executing livestream events efficiently.
• Experience in video production, including camera operation, lighting setups, and sound design.
• Understanding of content strategy and audience engagement techniques to create immersive live experiences.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and participants.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and solve issues under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
