Location: Based in LATAM (Argentina preferred, but open to all) - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Source and headhunt candidates across multiple regions (Asia, Europe, LATAM).
- Craft and post job ads to attract qualified talent.
- Use AI-powered tools to identify and engage candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines in ATS/CRM systems.
- Screen profiles and conduct quick qualification calls.
- Support end-to-end hiring processes with flexibility.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and new assignments.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- 1–2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
- Proven headhunting skills (must-have).
- Advanced conversational English—comfortable engaging globally.
- Hands-on experience with AI sourcing tools (must-have).
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms.
- Solid job posting and profile filtering experience.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset.
