Position Summary
The Process Optimization SR Analyst is responsible for implementing significant improvement projects within the S2P (Source to pay) process, acting as a key driver of innovation.

The role involves several key responsibilities and tasks aimed at ensuring high service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: work closely with various teams, such as Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain, to identify areas for process improvement and ensure that changes benefit the overall workflow.
  • Identifying Process Gaps: The analyst actively seeks out inefficiencies or gaps in the current S2P processes and proposes actionable solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Performance Improvement Initiatives: Identify further opportunities for enhancement, promoting a culture of performance improvement within the organization.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders is crucial to ensure alignment and support for process changes.
  • Follow-up with data information teams related to the S2P Projects prioritizing based on internal teams ans markets needs.
  • Lead pillars (KNIME and PI) to keep the continupus improvement culture bringing value to the process.
  • S2P PO Expert Calls: be colaborative executing actions and improvement raised by global team, sharing S2P Latam initiatives to be implemented to other NBS.
  • Tools migration: support operational teams during any migration that can happens guaranting the functionallyt and cronogram.

  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and present findings
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to develop and implement solutions to improve service quality.
  • Graduated (or ongoing) in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, PMO or related areas
