Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.

In Paraguay we are two Nestlé units:

Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We've been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position Summary

  • The Project Manager Supervisor is needed to manage and support market or regional initiatives
  • Responsible for building and implementing project plans following world-class project management principles
  • Expected ownership and leadership of project teams involving representatives from different departments and lines of businesses
  • Continuous improvement mentality to bring new ideas or practices to the team, and also to internalize feedback accordingly
  • Proactive mindset and positive attitude committed to project and change delivery

A day in the life of...

  • Project Management: own the assigned project and apply the necessary standards for each phase of the project.
  • Adapt project methodology where required
  • Leadership: lead project teams ensuring tasks are clearly assigned and all blockers removed
  • Stakeholder management: understand all stakeholders involved and communicate accordingly
  • Team support: provided required support to colleagues as necessary
  • Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities for further improvements or adjustments.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of project management and other required process, including plans, communications, training materials, and feedback received.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Advanced english is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related areas. Project Management certification is desirable.
  • Previous experience in Project Management
  • Knowledge in project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Continuous Improvement and others.
  • Strong understanding of project management practices and processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.
  • Experience as a Project/Squads leader.
  • Proactivity is key to achieving the goals.
  • Mastery in Stakeholder management is fundamental.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address challenges and opportunities in the related project.
