Property Manager – Remote 

 Full-Time | US Pacific Time
Compensation: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month

Latino Legends is in search of a Property Manager to support one of our U.S.-based partners—a fast-growing real estate investment and property management firm specializing in professionally operated multifamily residential communities. They manage a modern portfolio with high standards for operational efficiency, tenant experience, and long-term asset performance.

Role Overview

The Property Manager will oversee daily operational, administrative, and tenant relations tasks to ensure seamless property management processes across a diverse residential portfolio. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and follow through independently.

You will work closely with residents, vendors, and internal teams to maintain high-quality service and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to resident/prospect inquiries in CRM regarding leasing, maintenance requests, and general concerns

  • Oversee delinquent accounts, coordinate payment plans, and initiate move-out processes when necessary

  • Prepare, route, and track lease agreements, addendums, and renewals

  • Coordinate smooth and compliant move-in/move-out workflows

  • Enforce community rules and lease terms to ensure tenant compliance

  • Collaborate with internal teams (maintenance, leasing, operations, ownership) to resolve issues efficiently

  • Maintain accurate digital documentation across systems and processes

Requirements
  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Strong written and spoken English

  • Own equipment:

    • Computer/laptop

    • Reliable high-speed internet

    • Dedicated workspace free of distractions

  • 2+ years property management experience

  • Experience using Yardi software (preferred)

  • Demonstrated professionalism, follow-through, and organizational discipline
