Estamos buscando un Team Leader Front Desk

Responsabilidades principales:


• Coordinar el cronograma y la rotación de turnos del equipo de recepción.


• Gestionar reservas, consultas y reseñas a través de herramientas dentro de las plataformas OTAs.


• Capacitar, orientar, acompañar y entrenar al equipo de recepcionistas.


• Supervisar procesos de check-in, check-out y manejo de reservas.


• Coordinar la asignación de habitaciones (upgrades, bloqueos y movimientos según disponibilidad).


• Actuar como nexo entre el Front Desk y la Gerencia Operativa.


• Atender reclamos o situaciones especiales, realizando seguimiento hasta su resolución.

Requisitos:

Profesional egresado de Hotelería y Turismo, Gestión Hotelera o Administración de Empresas.

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares.

Excelente capacidad de comunicación, liderazgo y enfoque en servicio al cliente.

Manejo de herramientas de gestión hotelera y OTAs.
