We are looking for a senior
Full Stack Developer
with strong proficiency in the Django stack to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Django, but also bring expertise in PostreSQL, MongoDB, and be familiar with tools like Jira. Bitbucket and Confluence. This role will play a crucial part in building and enhancing our cutting-edge solution

Key Responsibilities
:

• Develop and maintain web applications using the Django framework.
• Design, implement, and manage databases, including proficiency in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Use Jira for task tracking and project management.
• Maintain code integrity and versioning using Bitbucket.
• Perform code reviews and ensure the highest standards of code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with Django and Python for backend development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Agile tools: Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality code.
• Intermediate English level or higher (technical documentation and discussions).

Nice to Have

• Passion for AI, Copilot-assisted development, and emerging technologies.
• Experience in telecommunications: Wireless Transport, Fiber Optics, Routing, or Energy Efficiency.
• Knowledge of Golang for backend development.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and MicroK8s.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
