The
Business Analytics & Automation Engineer
role will serve as a central force in executing the Board of Directors' vision by implementing cutting-edge technologies, automating processes, and leveraging data to achieve strategic and sustainable growth, and company-wide efficiencies.

We are looking for a highly ambitious professional focused on improving current systems and implementing and scaling new technologies and processes. The position combines technical expertise, creativity, project management, leadership and discipline with measurable business impact.

The
Business Analytics & Automation Engineer
will be responsible for the following functions:

• Design and execute a strategic plan for new technology implementation and process automation across the Holding.
• Lead and support the implementation of AI solutions and advanced data analytics platforms.
• Develop and deploy dashboards and reporting tools using
  Looker
  and
  Odoo CRM
  to provide measurable performance and ROI insights.
• Drive automation projects using tools like Make, n8n, or similar platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee and implement business transformation projects, including ChatBot development and other new technologies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders of each brand to align technology collaboration and inter-company systems.
• Provide technological forecasts, portfolio updates, and market feedback to the leadership.
• Maintain internal software and reports updated.
• Present quarterly plans and measurable objectives.

Growth and Performance

• Develop a measurable plan for the sustainable acceleration of process efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
• Launch, adjust, and execute an internal and external innovation strategy.
• Track and optimize technological activities by developing reports and KPIs.

Top Line Requirements:

• Proven Experience (3+ years) in implementing dashboards, new technologies, process automation, and digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience in leadership and coaching.
• Comfortable working autonomously but capable of collaborating with other teams.
• Commercially strategic, hands-on, and results-oriented.
• Domain Expertise in KPI management, delivering performance-based reports and dashboards, and measured return on investment.
• Language: Professional proficiency in English (written and oral) is required.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proactive attitude and openness to feedback for continuous training and rapid assimilation of our processes.
• Autonomy, self-management capability, and creativity.
• Expert knowledge of office automation, dashboard development and software related to business management tools.
• Hands-on expertise in developing business process automation scripts and workflows utilizing platforms like Make, n8n, or other similar integration engines.
• Adept at project portfolio management, change leadership, and efficiency gains.
• Genuine intellectual curiosity and a strong drive to research and assimilate emerging, cutting-edge technologies that can benefit the business.
• Proficiency with Google Business Suite (Looker, Sheets, Docs, Drive).
• Familiarity with project management software like Asana or similar.
• Familiarity with Odoo and Chatbots.
