What We're Looking For:

  • Sales and Customer Support Experience: Experience assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Product Knowledge: Eager to develop or deepen technical knowledge about a wide range of products. Experience with b2b, technical or product-heavy industries is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented and Proactive: You can handle customer inquiries, offer solutions, and ensure accurate, thoughtful assistance.
  • Customer-Centric: You are passionate about guiding customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Technical Documentation: Able to use internal product documentation to support customers with technical questions.
  • English Proficiency: Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) to support U.S.-based clients effectively.
