- Work Arrangement: On-site, with the option to work from home and provide online progress reports Job Responsibilities
- Assist the supervisor with assigned tasks and operational activities.
- Provide technical support and after-sales service for Bioguard products and equipment.
- Support personnel management, quality management, training, and performance evaluation within the assigned service area.
- Execute and monitor operational performance goals.
- Coordinate with Bioguard headquarters and serve as an important communication link between customers and the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide timely technical support. Requirements
- Fluent English is required, with a strong focus on spoken communication.
- A valid English proficiency certificate is required.
- Management experience or strong communication skills are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Medical Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry , or a related field.
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics , or a related field is also acceptable.
- Relevant work experience in medical laboratory, veterinary medicine, animal health, or a related field.
- Experience in equipment maintenance or repair is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- An English resume is required. Resumes submitted only in Spanish will not be accepted.
