About the Role
Reporting To: Regional Director / Headquarters Management

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business development in Paraguay: identify and develop distributors, importers, key accounts, and agricultural partners to build a sustainable customer network.
- Develop and execute product launch plans, including regulatory coordination, positioning, pricing, promotion, and go-to-market strategies for patented agrochemicals.
- Lead local agronomic application technology development: conduct field trials, optimize application methods, create technical guidelines, and provide professional technical support to customers and teams.
- Build and manage a high-performance local team: recruit, train, develop, and retain local talent aligned with corporate targets and culture.
- Plan and execute demand-pull and product launch activities: field days, farmer workshops, technical seminars, dealer conferences, and brand promotion events to drive adoption and sales.
- Own P&L, sales targets, market share, and operational efficiency in Paraguay; monitor market trends, competition, and farmer needs to refine strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies for agrochemical registration, sales, and stewardship. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Agronomy, Plant Protection, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive working experience in agrochemical sales, marketing, or technical roles.
- Proven team management experience is preferred; ability to lead, motivate, and develop a local team.
- Deep understanding of crop protection products, agronomic practices, distribution channels, and market dynamics in agricultural markets.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) for cross-border collaboration; Spanish/Portuguese capability is highly desirable.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, customer development, negotiation, and execution skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, adaptable to local living and working conditions; able to travel within Paraguay as needed. Required Skills
