Assistant Customer Care

Customer Management Role:
PST.AG is seeking an experienced professional to manage customer interactions and provide exceptional support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage customer cases and resolve issues
- Provide comprehensive customer support through various channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Mandatory Skills:
- Familiarity with ERPNext or similar systems
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) - ability to use it and create prompts and understand the output
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Very good and confident English skills, both written and spoken
- Flexible and able to work independently

Nice to Have:
- Experience in marketing and/or social media
- Knowledge of German language
