Telecommunications Infrastructure Specialist

Infrastructure Service Delivery plays a crucial role in collecting, analyzing and implementing information about infrastructure in a telecommunications site. This involves electronic devices, consumption, space and energy generation. As an Infrastructure Service Delivery Specialist, you will work closely with the project manager and clients to monitor and report on project tasks and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and analyze data about Space and Energy in telecommunication sites
• Generate solutions based on data analysis
• Design and implement structured cabling
• Read and interpret plant plans, drawings, specifications and datasheets
• Assign, coordinate and track works with subcontractors
• Monitor and escalate incidents related to structured cabling
• Analyze cable installation requests and assign space and ports
• Generate reports on panel capacity and UTP systems
• Update databases
• Follow up on equipment connectivity
• Generate reports
• Update system tools
• Manage subcontractors
• Meet with clients

The ideal candidate should have an educational background in Telecommunications and relevant experience in telecommunications infrastructure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with intermediate or advanced level English proficiency.

This role may require occasional travel.
