Job Title: Infrastructure Service Delivery

 

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Infrastructure Service Delivery Specialist. This position involves collecting, analyzing, and implementing information about infrastructure in telecommunications sites. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and clients to monitor and report on project status, provide technical support in complex telecommunications environments, and improve reliability, availability, and performance.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of infrastructure, commercial power, AC/DC power distribution, generators, batteries, rectifiers, inverters, and cooling systems related to telecommunications and data/IT environments. They should have at least 2 years of experience in developing infrastructure encompassing AC/DC energy consumption and generation. Additionally, they should be proficient in using technology to enhance operational efficiency and possess excellent communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service delivery and acquisition of data about space and energy in telecommunication sites
  • Generation of solutions post data analysis
  • Design and implementation of cable infrastructure
  • Analysis of cables and assignment of space and ports
  • Reporting and system tool updates
  • Management of subcontractors

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Electronic)
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in developing infrastructure
  • Skillset: Customer focus, analytical skills, communication, technology proficiency, English language, data analytics (PBI and Excel)
