Executive / Personal Assistant (Part-time, Asunción, Paraguay)

We are seeking a 
proactive and reliable Executive / Personal Assistant
 to support both 
business operations and daily activities
 in Asunción, Paraguay.

This is a 
hybrid role
 – part executive, part personal – ideal for someone who enjoys dynamic tasks, adapts quickly, and is confident handling both business and practical responsibilities. You will directly support the Director in professional projects as well as organizational matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and communication
• Assist with local errands (shopping, coordination, organization)
• Provide 
  bilingual support
   in English & Spanish
• Handle tasks with discretion and professionalism
• Support in 
  basic legal/administrative tasks
   (contracts, forms, compliance checks)
• Assist in 
  social media management
   (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube – posting, coordination, monitoring)

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Good English (spoken & written) – Spanish also required
• Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and speed
• Discreet and trustworthy personality
• Experience with 
  basic legal or administrative processes
   is a plus
• Knowledge of 
  social media platforms
   (posting, basic content support)
• Having own transport is a plus (not mandatory)
