Un día en la vida de…

Como Especialista sera responble por realizar la gestión logística de salas de reuniones, cathering y transporte en caso de visitas y bajo requerimiento del NBS ASU Head. Como también, centralizar pedidos de compra relacionados a agencias de viajes, hoteles e insumos de oficina. Y realizar la recepción y envio a contabilización de facturas enviadas a NBS ASU

Principales actividades

  • Co-Piloto Financiero: Genera insight financiero a su área asignada y lo acompaña en la toma de decisionesque agregan valor a NBS a través de un análisis financiero profundo y un entendimiento completo del End to End.
  • Creación de Dinamic Forecast: Realiza la construcción de los principales componentes del DF: Gastos de Personas (HC) / Viajes / Otros y asegura la precisión DF vs Efectivo;
  • SPOC Auditoría: Actúa como punto de contacto principal (Single Point of Contact) para realizar revisiones preventivas y correctivas a los KRIs de AP, AO, etc y puntos de control detectados por ICCC para NBS LATAM
  • Business Case: Elaborate the BC by market and ensure the PRE & POST Evaluation with the market and E2E
  • Gestión de pedidos de compra: Solicita los pedidos de compra a seguir direccionándolos al ceco correcto alineando con los co-pilots de finanzas para asegurar que estén dentro del ppto:Agencias de viajes, Hoteles, Insumos de oficina y Cathering;
  • Recepción de facturas: Realiza la recepción de facturas de proveedores siempre que cuenten com PO y GR para envio a contabilización

¿Qué te hará exitoso?

  • Título universitario completo en Administración de Empresas o afines
  • Inglés avanzado (obligatorio).
  • Portugués Intermedio (es un Plus)
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de SAP (Módulo Financiero).
  • Experiencia comprobada en Finanzas em Industris.
  • Experiencia en Gestión de Compras.
  • Power BI (Deseable)
