Commercial Growth Leader
 que lidere la 
ejecución de la estrategia comercial global
, el desarrollo de nuevos mercados B2B y la consolidación de relaciones comerciales internacionales, con foco en rentabilidad, consistencia operativa y crecimiento sostenido.

Se trata de una posición de 
liderazgo comercial
, con responsabilidad directa sobre resultados y participación activa en decisiones estratégicas.

  • Residencia en Asunción, Paraguay

    Argentina o Uruguay
    , con disponibilidad para relocalizarse.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Liderar la 
    ejecución del plan comercial anual
     en mercados estratégicos de chía y subproductos
  • Impulsar el desarrollo de 
    nuevos clientes y mercados B2B
     internacionales
  • Liderar la gestión y fidelización de la cartera de clientes nacionales e internacionales
  • Coordinar exportaciones con producción, logística, calidad y operaciones
  • Analizar mercados, precios y competencia para definir oportunidades
  • Definir y monitorear políticas de precios, márgenes y rentabilidad
  • Liderar la elaboración de forecast, proyecciones y reportes de performance comercial
  • Representar institucionalmente a la compañía en ferias y procesos estratégicos
  • Promover una gestión comercial alineada a la 
    cultura y valores organizacionales

Perfil buscado

  • Experiencia sólida en 
    liderazgo comercial B2B internacional
  • Trayectoria en alimentos, agroindustria, ingredientes o commodities de valor agregado
  • Capacidad probada para ejecutar estrategia, negociar y construir relaciones de largo plazo
  • Dominio de 
    KPIs comerciales, forecast y reporting
  • Inglés avanzado
     (excluyente)
  • Compromiso con el trabajo presencial y la gestión cercana al negocio
