Job Description
We are seeking experienced Senior and Lead Software Engineers with a strong emphasis on FrontEnd development using React. Ideal candidates will also be comfortable contributing to backend systems built with , TypeScript, MongoDB, Kafka, and other modern technologies. This is a hands-on role that requires a passion for building scalable, user-friendly applications and collaborating across teams. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or contribute to the design and development of high-quality FrontEnd applications using React
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver full-stack solutions
  • Participate in architectural discussions and help shape technical direction
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the stack
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and development trends
  • Optionally leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity
  • Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating with global teams
  • Experience with Git and modern development workflows
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies

Qualifications

  • Experience working on healthcare-related software or familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR)
  • Familiarity with AI assisted development using Github Copilot or similar tools
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices
