Data Analyst – Control de Gestión

Empresa: Chacomer SAE

Ubicación:

Asunción, Paraguay – Presencial

Objetivo del Rol:

Diseñarás y mantendrás reportes y tableros de Comercio Exterior, convirtiendo datos en indicadores clave que impulsen la toma de decisiones.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Diseñar y desarrollar reportes automatizados para el seguimiento de KPIs.
  • Construir dashboards dinámicos e interactivos en Power BI.
  • Integrar y transformar datos de múltiples fuentes (bases SQL, Excel).
  • Automatizar procesos de análisis utilizando Python y SQL.
  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos del área de Comercio Exterior.
  • Colaborar con equipos interdisciplinarios en la toma de decisiones basada en datos.

Requisitos del Perfil:

  • Egresado/a de carreras como Estadística, Ingeniería Informática, Análisis de Sistemas o similares.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de programación (preferentemente en Python).
  • Experiencia en manejo y consulta de bases de datos (SQL).
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel.
  • Experiencia previa con herramientas de visualización como Power BI.
  • Capacidad analítica, pensamiento crítico y orientación a resultados.
  • Inglés intermedio deseable (lectura técnica).

Valoramos adicionalmente:

  • Experiencia en áreas de comercio exterior, finanzas o logística.
  • Conocimientos en modelado de datos y procesos ETL.
  • Habilidad para explicar insights técnicos a públicos no técnicos.
