This is a full-time, on-site Client Manager role located in Asuncion, Paraguay. The Client Manager will manage client relationships by acting as a primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. They will coordinate with internal teams, oversee project deliverables, manage documentation, and assist in maintaining and building client trust. A focus on efficient communication, issue resolution, and proactive relationship management will be critical to success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
  • Project coordination and organizational abilities
  • Proactive attitude
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions effectively under pressure
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English
  • Familiarity with customer service practices and techniques is advantageous

Start Date: Immediately

Compensation: PYG /Month
