The CAV Flight Operations Specialist (FOS) is an Entry Level position within Consorcio Aviation's International Flight Operations department.

The FOS is involved with CAV's entire operations business cycle from aiding in quotations, supplier management, live ops prep, live ops comms & coordination, assistance with RFPs (request for proposals) on Part 121 Regular Operations, monthly reporting, marketing, invoice management, and other requirements as requested by the company.

Reason for the Opening: Company Growth

The FOS is a cornerstone position that will work directly with our HDQ (Headquarters) team of 10 people in an in-office working environment. Part of the team is hybrid and this position is in-office. The office is located near España and Peru.

Top-Line Requirement:

Effective English and Spanish written skills are required along with a highly advanced level of spoken English. Intermediate Google Sheets skills are a must have as well. The ideal candidate is adept in interpersonal skills, building relationships, negotiation, gaining trust and respect with clients and vendors. The work revolves around email, phone engagement, project management, data input, and Google Sheets, among others.

Requirements:

1. Effective writing skills in English and Spanish.

2. Highly advanced spoken English.

3. Intermediate Google Sheets skills are a must-have.

4. Prior Experience in Aviation is Preferred: Landing and Overflight Permit Work, Experience Planning and Preparing for Cargo and Passenger Ad-hoc Operations, Quoting/Commercial, Operations, and Invoice Management.

The ideal candidate is someone who knows how to take direction, is coachable while at the same time able to take charge, feel the rhythm of the organization and over time, know where and how to fill in to support the Flight Operations Department without being asked to do so.

Main Duties include but are not limited to Data Input (Quotes, Proformas, Project Management Software, Monthly Reports, Invoices), Organization and Template Creation in our Project Management Software, Back-End Folder Optimization, Flight Ops Email Support, among other Projects.
