About the Role
Ceragon Networks is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations Center of Excellence. This role is a key part of the global Order-to-Cash process, supporting sales execution, operational excellence, and compliance across regions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform order entry, order management, and invoicing activities throughout the Order-to-Cash lifecycle
- Manage software and license administration via Ceragon's online platforms
- Act as gatekeeper for company booking policies and external audit requirements
- Ensure required internal business approvals are obtained for non-standard scenarios
- Conduct due diligence activities in close collaboration with Sales Operations HQ teams
- Produce operational reports across the Order-to-Cash cycle
- Participate in continuous process improvements and ERP system enhancements

- Strong administrative skills (planning, organization, follow-ups, meeting documentation)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong service-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
- High level of ownership, accountability, and determination
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global environment
- Experience in a similar role within a global organization
English Proficiency
- Speaking: Very high
- Reading/Writing: Very high
- Verbal comprehension: Very high
Additional language proficiency (medium to high level) is an advantage.
