Analista de LogisticaObjetivo del puesto

Ejecutar los diferentes procesos de logística desde la entrada (inbound), y su consecuente registración en sistema de gestión, previa concertación con el operador logístico, hasta la entrega a los clientes internos (outbound), con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la compañía.

Experiencia laboral y educación

Experiencia: 2 años
Área: preferible en Administración o similar.
Educación: Estudiante universitario de la carrera de Administración o similar.
Inglés: Intermedio
Professional Qualification: No requiere

Responsabilidades y tareas relevantes

- Gestionar correctamente las recepciones/salidas/ bajas de equipos, accesorios, y materiales de la compañía en el operador logístico para disponibilizarlos en los respectivos sub-inventarios sólo de manera lógica.
- El alcance de sus tareas es para todos los clientes internos y externos de la compañía
- Realizar los controles internos relacionados a las devoluciones y transferencias de todos los activos para todas las BU.
- Monitorear la disponibilidad de stock y control de inventarios del operador logístico.
- Realizar inventario en el operador logístico.
- Monitorear y reportar los indicadores de gestión de los proveedores activos.
- Realizan el seguimiento de la ejecución del Budget de los proveedores a través de ordenes de compras y procesos en el EBS de procourment.
- Realizar todas las acciones que sean necesarias para lograr las metas establecidas propias del sector, de acuerdo con el marco legal y a las normas/políticas y procedimientos vigentes, teniendo en cuenta que las funciones establecidas en esta descripción de cargo no son limitativas sino enunciativas.
