Estamos en búsqueda de una
Key Account Manager
para liderar la operación comercial en Asuncion, con fuerte presencia ejecutiva, carisma y liderazgo comprobado. Este rol es clave para fortalecer relaciones con gerentes de grandes empresas y abrir nuevas oportunidades de negocio, coordinando además un equipo de ejecutivas comerciales.


Lo que harás:

Representar a la compañía ante clientes estratégicos.

Coordinar y exigir el cumplimiento de metas a tu equipo comercial.

Asegurar al menos 10 reuniones comerciales semanales.

Realizar visitas presenciales, impulsar cotizaciones y cerrar negocios.

Reportar semanalmente resultados y nuevas oportunidades a la gerencia.

Participar activamente en eventos empresariales y de networking.


Lo que buscamos en ti:

Presencia ejecutiva y estilo impecable.

Comunicadora nata, con actitud positiva, carisma y seguridad.

Experiencia en ventas B2B, desarrollo de cuentas estratégicas o relaciones corporativas.

Liderazgo comprobado, capacidad para exigir y dar seguimiento a objetivos.

Alta resiliencia, autonomía y mentalidad ganadora.

Movilidad para visitas diarias en terreno (ideal con auto propio).

Experiencia relacionándose con gerentes generales, jefaturas de compras o directores.

Deseable: conocimientos en logística, comercio exterior o servicios empresariales.

EXCLUYENTE: 2 años de experiencia en venta B2B.
