Descripción del puesto
Como Líder de Ingeniería de Aseguramiento de Calidad en Grupo Vierci, serás responsable de dirigir y supervisar los procesos de control y aseguramiento de calidad en nuestros proyectos. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo y se realizará de manera presencial en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Asunción.
Requisitos
- Definir y custodiar la Estrategia de Calidad E2E (pirámide/trophy de pruebas) priorizando component testing estable y E2E selectivo.
- Impulsar automatización multinivel: unitarias, componentes API/contratos, E2E web/móvil, datos y test de infraestructura.
- Implantar pruebas de contrato y contratos consumer-driven para microservicios y APIs.
- Desarrollar talento y cultura de calidad.
- Egresado de la carrera de Ingeniería Informática/Sistemas o afines.
- Experiencia comprobada en equipos de Calidad/QA y liderando equipos y plataformas de prueba en entornos multinube y multi-negocio.
- Conocimiento en estrategias y métricas DORA (frecuencia de despliegue, lead time, change failure rate, MTTR)
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo: coaching, stakeholdering ejecutivo, priorización por valor, gestión de proveedores y TCO.
