En Hikvision Paraguay estamos buscando un
Training Support
que pueda brindar soporte técnico y formativo a instaladores, distribuidores y partners del país. Su misión principal es fortalecer el conocimiento técnico del canal, asegurar una correcta implementación de las soluciones Hikvision, promover la certificación oficial de los instaladores y aumentar el conocimiento general de nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades principales

  1. Planificar y dictar cursos de certificación.
  2. Realizar workshops técnicos y presentaciones de producto para instaladores e integradores.
  3. Coordinar entrenamientos para incrementar la capacidad técnica de los clientes(DPP).
  4. Asesoría técnica de productos de distribución.

  5. Comunicación y marketing técnico.

  6. Colaborar con el área de marketing para la publicación de materiales y cursos técnicos.

  7. Apoyar la promoción de HPP mediante presentaciones, videos o webinars.
  8. Mantener actualizadas las herramientas de capacitación.

Requisitos

  • Técnico o Ingeniero en Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas o afines.
  • Tener conocimiento(Parcial o completo) de las líneas de producto:
  • CCTV Distribución.
  • Control de acceso, video portero, alarma.
  • Networking (Switch, Router, AP/AC).
  • Software HC/HPP/HCP/IP Receiver Pro.
  • Mínimo 2 años en posiciones técnicas o de entrenamiento de producto (preferible en empresas de seguridad electrónica o IT).
  • Experiencia dictando capacitaciones, talleres o soporte a instaladores y buen manejo de herramientas de presentación (PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom).
  • Certificaciones Hikvision o similares (CCTV, control de acceso, redes) (Deseable, no obligatorio)
  • Movilidad propia (Deseable, no obligatorio) y Disponibilidad para viajar.
  • Dominio del idioma portugués (Deseable, no obligatorio).
  • Dominio del idioma Ingles - Intermedio - Avanzado. (Deseable, no obligatorio).
