About the Role

We're looking for a
Customer Success Specialist
based in
Asunción
who can make every client feel guided, supported, and at home from the moment they land.

You'll coordinate with our logistics, and operations teams to turn complex processes into smooth, unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist foreign clients arriving in Paraguay, ensuring a seamless residency and onboarding process.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and document deliveries with precision.
  • Provide real-time support and updates through WhatsApp, email, and in-person check-ins.
  • Anticipate client needs — from translation support to local guidance , creating moments of trust and comfort.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee each case is handled with
    efficiency, empathy, and excellence.
  • Gather client feedback and continuously improve our service flow and experience standards.

About You

You love people, details, and delivering hospitality-level care.

You communicate clearly in
English and Spanish
(Portuguese or German is a plus).

You're proactive, emotionally intelligent, and able to stay composed under pressure — even when managing VIP clients with high expectations.

You understand that in our world,
